The rules of the anthem are as follows:
1. Begins with a whistle, ends with a gong
2. It must contain these 4 other elements, which may be repeated,
overlapped,
separated by silences etc. so long as they all occur during the piece:
A. Drone
B. Celebratory Vocals (a la halleluja)
C. Hand Claps (a la Hall & Oates sp)
D. Percussive solo
